A native of Co. Kildare, Ireland, Noonan has been living and working in the United States since 2003. After moving to the Tampa Bay Area of Florida, Noonan worked as a Director of Music Ministries within the Diocese of St. Petersburg and studied Organ and Voice at St. Petersburg College and hold's a BA in Education from WGU. Noonan has travelled extensively around the world, performing concerts and recitals with choirs and as featured soloist in such places as St. Peters Basilica - Vatican City, The Metropolitan Cathedral - San Jose, Costa Rica, The National Basilica of Knock, Ireland and the Basilica of St. Ignatius, Rome. As a composer, arranger, recording artist and clinician, Noonan’s journey led him to Atlanta, GA in 2012 where he now calls home and works as Director of Music Ministries at the Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception – Atlanta’s Most Historic Church. The Atlanta Homeward Choir is not only a project to Noonan, it's a passion. The ability to use music to transcend socioeconomic differences and the power of community is what keeps his passion ignited.
